Joe Casey Taxidermists

Joe Casey lives in Leitrim and is a keen Fisherman, Hunter and Deer Stalker. He specialises in the mounting of animal and trophies such as birds, mammals and marine life. Particular areas of interest are game birds as well as native mammals such as the red fox, European hedgehog, stoat, otter, pygmy shrew, and badger, the Irish hare, red deer, and pine marten.

 

Joe is the second generation of taxidermists, having carried on the tradition from his father. 

Joe has practised taxidermy for more than 20 years and has trained in the UK under the renowned Barry Charlton and Bird and Small Mammal Taxidermist expert Mike Gadd.
